EBPA Membership

Membership of the Association is comprised of representatives from all areas of Employee Benefits, including, but not limited to:

  • Plan Sponsors/Employers
  • Brokers/Consultants
  • Carrier Representatives
  • Third Party Administrators
  • Benefit Communication Specialists
  • Benefits Attorneys

In order to maintain a high degree of professionalism in the ebpa, prospective members must have their application approved by the current Board of Directors. Once approved, members receive announcements of upcoming activities, access to the official online ebpa directory and the opportunity to attend the meetings at a discounted rate.

Members are encouraged to participate by sharing ideas or volunteering time to serve on special committees initiated by the Board. Those who are energetic and show interest in serving on the Board may be approached by the nominating committee to become a Board member. Annual elections are held each May. Our committees are:

  • Program Committee
  • Sports Day Committee
  • Membership Committee
  • e-commerce Committee

Membership Dues:

Corporate Membership (2-9 Employees) - $300
Two to nine employees can be listed for a single location.

Corporate Membership (10+ Employees) - $500
An unlimited number of people can be listed for a single location.

Individual Membership - $75
Individuals can be listed under an individual name or a Company/Corporate name.

Plan sponsors, employee benefit managers and their corporate staffs are qualified for this membership. Organizations with two or three people can choose to purchase individual memberships or a corporate membership, which would allow new employees to become members automatically.

Dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense.


NOTE: If you are applying for a Corporate membership, please be sure to submit a Membership Listing form: Corp_Mbrshp_Listing_2012.pdf This form gives us the information about your employees whom you wish to include under your directory listing. Please email the completed form to office@ebpa.net. If you are applying for an Individual membership, a Directory Listing Form is not necessary.
